Harris County's Most Exclusive Wine Dining Experience

One of the hottest seats in the house, we wanted to take you on a journey with our chefs for an unforgettable meal and wine. At Astor's Chef's Table Wine Dinner, we've combined the classical South African Cuisine and Latin America. approach to cooking with modern creativity and technique to create a truly unique, intimate and interactive dining experience for up to 12 people, with a single dedicated chef. We are offering you a sense of place, and a slice of what traditional and Modern Fusion at Astor's truly is through our chefs' eyes. The menu is hand crafted monthly and constantly featuring items from our larder and local farms, there are no choices or substitutions, just your chef host taking you on a one of a kind culinary journey which couldn't happen anywhere else.

Who We Are

Casey Castro runs Astor's Farm to Table concert as owner and Executive Chef.

Chef Casey is a native Angolan, Raised and Grow up in Cape Town - South Africa whose mother in the past worked as a maid with excellent cooking skill given by God. He is God skilled and trained. Chef Casey learned his mother and grandmother recipes and created innovative global cuisine techniques in the restaurant world.

How to Reserve

Available for parties of 10 - 12 guests in the private dining room Friday evenings once a Month. 8 or more guests for other evenings upon request. 14-days advance notice required. Reservations cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. The chef's table is $225 per person, with a complimentary wine pairing included, plus tax and gratuity.

Tickets include a five course experience and wine pairing.The experience typically lasts between 2.5 and three hours and begins promptly at 6:30 PM.
