Create a truly memorable occasion by hosting your event at Astor Farm To Table. We specialize in providing an elegant experience, from weddings and rehearsal dinners to business meetings and corporate gatherings. Astor’s features pre-curated dinner and brunch menus, as well as additional selections such as buffets, carving stations, and hors d’oeuvres that can accommodate any budget. The restaurant features an exquisite Savannah Garden Patio area, with an outdoor bar that is perfect for any celebration.
Parties of 15 guests or more are required utilize a pre-curated menu. Groups of up to 25 guests will have a choice of 2 starters, 2 salads or Soup appetizers as well as a choice of 3 entrées (1 steak, 1 fish and 1 chicken) and a dessert. Groups of 26-50 guests will have the choice of 2 starters, 2 salad or Soup appetizers as well as 3 entrées. Groups of more than 50 will have the choice of 2 starters, 1 salad or Soup appetizer and a choice of 2 entrées. A $10 per person upcharge will be applied for groups over 50 that would like to select one additional entrée options (choose from 1 steak, 1 fish or 1 chicken).
The VIP Safari Room
This is an intimate South African decor space with Private wine lockers and a private patio with home feeling and Private music. This room will accommodate up to 20 guests for a seated dinner or 28 guests for cocktails plus 12 on the VIP Patio. and passed hors d’oeuvres

Astor’s Main Dining Room
The Astor Main dining room is lined with African Decor, rich draperies,original artwork and great views of our Savannah Patio. The Dining Room has a private Bar, and its own restrooms. This room will accommodate 110 guests for a seated dinner or 175 guests for cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres.

Our Savannah Patio offers its own unique atmosphere, views, and private bar, with a capacity of 130 guests It is designed to be the perfect spot for wedding parties, Bridal dinner, meetings, great, corporation events, Brunch parties, or just drinks and relaxes with friends, Savannah Patio is the destination to be with love ones. Full-Restaurant Venue Buyout
The possibilities for your event are endless with a full-restaurant venue buyout. We'll provide a safe, welcoming space for your employees, clients, family, and friends to socialize in private.
Your Guests will be at ease knowing that they are the only group occupying our restaurant at a given time with an event staff attending to any of their needs. We have a variety of multi-course lunch or dinner menus for you to choose from that provide an upscale and delicious culinary experience. Our Events & Catering Coordinator can also design a customized menu for your party, particularly for vegetarians, pescatarians,
or any other Guests with dietary restrictions.
Our bar packages offer a wide selection of celebratory wines, such as Aslina, Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, or Belaire Luc Brut Champagne.
Custom cocktail packages are also available.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT GUIDELINES Preferred dates are reserved upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total fees. Remaining balance is due on the day of the event. No refunds will be issued upon cancellation. We understand that unexpected occurrences can take place and our team is willing to reschedule your event based on availability.
CATERING AND ALCOHOL POLICIES Astor’s bar will be available for purchase for event use. No outside alcohol or liquor is allowed. In order to make sure that we have your preferred wines ready, we kindly request that you place your order within 48-72 hours of your event.
