Monday Steak Night Special
Every Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. With three cuts to choose from, it’s almost like going to a traditional steakhouse. Each meat is hand-cut in house. The 8-ounce sirloin is $15.95, the 16-ounce strip is $24 and the ribeye is available as either a 12-ounce for $21 or a 16-ounce for $27. All plates include home mashed potatoes and salad, chimichurri and toast. Order online, by phone or in-person for dine-in and takeout. While you’re stock up on other goodies such as local beer, produce, pantry seis leches and take-home bottle of wine for just $30 to pair with your steak.

CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF. The tomahawk steak is essentially a ribeye beef steak specifically cut with at least five inches of rib bone left intact. The extra-long, french trimmed bone utilizes the same culinary technique that shapes a rack of lamb. “Frenching” means trimming the bone of meat and fat to the point where it looks like a handle. This gives the steak its signature flavor and unique look, which resembles a Native American tomahawk axe (hence the name).
